Meredith Dixon - Staff attorney

Meredith prosecutes class actions across multiple practice areas to advance social, racial, and economic justice. Meredith is Counsel for plaintiffs in Farrell v. Department of Defense (N.D. Cal.) representing a proposed class of veterans discharged during Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell and earlier policies that carry markers of their sexual orientation on their discharge papers.  

Meredith graduated from Berkeley Law, Order of the Coif in 2022. While at Berkeley, Meredith participated in the East Bay Community Law Center Health and Welfare Clinic and the Workers’ Rights Disability Law Clinic. She also served as a Supervising Editor on the California Law Review and as Co-Editor in Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She has externed in the chambers of the Honorable Jon S. Tigar and the Honorable Joseph C. Spero in the Northern District of California. Meredith received her undergraduate degree Phi Beta Kappa from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
