IMPACT FUND CLEAN WATER FORUM

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES - APPLICATION DEADLINE JULY 5, 2019

The Impact Fund has a limited pool of funds to assist with hotel and travel costs for attendees employed by nonprofit and legal services organizations. We generally provide financial assistance on a first come/first served basis, according to the order in which requests are received.

The Impact Fund provides the following financial assistance:

      Hotel: We will pay 100% of your hotel cost. Financial assistance covers room and tax only for the night of 08.05.19 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Fresno Convention Center. We will both book and pay for your room. Do not make a reservation at the Hotel.

Parking:  Parking is free for hotel guests.  If approved, we will reimburse parking costs for attendees who are not staying at the hotel and park in the hotel parking garage.

      Mileage: If you are driving more than fifteen miles to attend the Forum, we will reimburse mileage to and from the Institute at a rate of $0.58 per mile.

We do not provide financial assistance for the following expenditures:

• Air travel and associated costs

• Ground transportation

• Car rental

• Hotel incidentals

• Food and drink outside of Forum events
