Donor Advised Funds are substantial contributions that are focused on a particular area or type of case that is consistent with our work. The donor indicates the focus of his or her donation, either through the development of specific criteria (i.e., specifying a particular type of case s/he wishes to fund), or through the establishment of an advisory committee that makes recommendations to The Impact Fund's Board of Advisors. Upon receiving the donation, The Impact Fund has full authority and control of the funds. The structure and terms of any donor advised contribution are jointly developed by the donor, and The Impact Fund, and are embodied in an agreement.
