On March 18 The Impact Fund held a fundraiser at the William Turner gallery in Santa Monica. Spago and Wolfgang Puck Catering made it easy for over 100 guests to enjoy two hours of wining, dining, chatting and learning about the valuable work of The Impact Fund. Many who attended commented on how moved they were by the brief remarks of Wal-Mart plaintiff Edith Arana. Her testimony was an undeniable first-hand account of how one individual can be empowered to combat blatant discrimination with help from The Impact Fund.
